At The End Of The Day, Here I Am: Broke.

We hit up Garden State Plaza today! :) Boy, do I love that place! It's like.. when I'm there, I have this burning hate for Willowbrook Mall! I'm tired of that mall and prefer getting lost in GSP. Anyways, as the morning led on I tried to figure out how we would get to the mall. At first, we only figured it be Jon and I, but I did remember Kim mentioned that she wanted to go also. I called her up and told her we should meet up at the mall because I was still figuring out transportation. She offered to be the ride and so our day began. We got picked up and were off! We spent the day shopping around going through XXI, Garage, American Apparel [fail], and of course Urban Outfitters. That's the store I saved my wallet for the most. Other than food, I didn't but anything else. I ended up purchasing a nice pair of high-top canvases that were my size and a pair of gray sunglasses. [Yeah, I have a lot I know] At the thought of food, we can't forget the monster foot-long that Jon and I created at Subway! Usually when I go there, I get this usual, tuna creation on my favorite roll: Italian Herb & Cheese. Let's see if I can remember this. It was a Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki sub with: provolone cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, sweet peppers, olives, sweet onion sauce, and Chipotle Southwestern sauce! YUM. Jon and I split the sandwich, along with everything else these past two days! Sharing is caring. :) All I can say is that today was good. Very, very good :) Photo is of us at the Apple Store! We saw Chris there with his brother haha.

Finished Crepe Batter And Crappy Saleman At Macy's

I haven't done much today, but Jaelynn's turtle does supply for some interesting entertainment. Every now and then, I'd pass by to play with it, feed it, or just take it out for fun. I filled up the tub and even put him in there while I changed its water. Later, around 1PM [not too long after I woke up, that is] I came along for the ride to drop off my sister to work. Being in the car with my parents this morning was actually really nice. For some reason, driving around on a Saturday morning has a mood to it where everything is okay. We all made jokes and laughed here and there along the way. I really wanted to stop by Applegate Farm to visit Roland, but my parents didn't do it. -_-' Second attempt failed. Tonight, I went to the mall which in all made me happy. I got the hoodie from GAP I've wanted for quite a while for an amazing sale price and a pair of nice sandals. Ugh, I didn't find my nice pair without going through the struggle and irritation first. At Macy's, the douche that "assisted" me told me to sit down while he got my sandals. Yeah, he forgot about me. It made me really mad by the time I confronted him because I even gave him the benefit of the doubt and waited it out a few more minutes. Even if I liked the sandals, I wasn't going to buy here. Not after that. The size was too big, so I walked out leaving the box on the chair, unreturned. Whatever. I got what I want. lol. Well, that didn't sound bitchy at all, did it? Photo is of her turtle trying to get into a small place. "It's too big, it's too wide, it won't fiiit" haha.

The Day's Okay, It's A Process Of Change

Tonight was Senior prom..I wish I could've gone! lol It would have given me something better to do today. Today I woke at the beautiful time of 30 past noon. Eh, I think back on today and there was a lot of eating D: I should take a knife and cut off my stomach right now. I usually stop eating at 8:30Pm but I ate past then so my mom wouldn't get mad. Anyways, I went to the mall today with my brother and mother and virtually bought nothing lol. There were so many things I wouldn't have minded picking up, but all I could think about was how I just wanted to go to Urban Outfitter and get the shoes I want. We saw Prince of Persia after that, which was actually pretty decent. As usual my mother could help but comment aloud on the movie as I sat next to her. It wasn't as bad today though. Then, we went to Urban Outfitter in Montclair! :D I saw Deejay, Ana, and Emily there. That was cool. Anyways, there is this one pair of sandals that I really wanted to get after seeing it online. I couldn't find it in the store! :'( I settled for two other pairs which I did like, but "settling for" isn't exactly the greatest thing to do. I came home to find that one of them was the wrong size, but still fit and I'm stretching them out right now with ice in the freezer. Photo is of the comparison I made with Papa and Jackie Chan XD. Jackie Chan is playing my Papa in the Karate Kid Remake!!

Jersey Gardens Has My Love

Today seemed like I wouldn't be able to get through it at first, but the afternoon lead to better. Some how I got through the school day with absolutely no one around. The majority of everyone was either at home because of projects or at the Bronx Zoo. Finally, when the end of the day came around, I got dropped off to his house to spend a mere 45 minutes with him. It was better than nothing, considering that I haven't seen him all day! By 4PM I was in the ca r with Alo, Joriz, and Roland on the way to the mall to get the guys their prom necessities. We ended up splitting up and I shopped around with Joriz. Even though I didn't buy much, there was so much I wanted! I was living off of $40 so I was trying not to buy a lot. I freaking love Jersey Gardens. The prices are gorgeous! :D I ended up only buying a locket necklace and earrings but that's okay because they were cheap! It was definitely a nice experience being at the mall with new friends, bonding better. Upon leaving, Joriz got mad at Alo because he wasn't picking up his phone and she was going to be late for work. We pulled another Mission Impossible that ended up not so possible. We got her to work about 20 minutes late, but she wasn't in trouble. She was still mad and Alo was emotionally depressed (lol) so he, Roland, and I went to Smashburger for dinner. That was definitely fun. For some reason I really get along with guys. In that case, I'm not afraid to be a little guyish or to any degree girly with them. It's really chill. With certain girls, you get a weird look if your out of element or too guyish. I really want Nike SBs! GAH. Photo is of Alo driving to Smashburger.

Worth The Risks

So far this week is going good and we still have Dorney Park on Friday to look forward to!!! Today was an unexpected plan till about 8th period. After school, we spent the day with Joriz and Alo. When we double date, it's something honestly very comfortable. We can virtually talk to them about anything and the great part about it is that they've been there. They understand the majority of things we say or complain about. Joriz had work, so we chilled at Applegate Farm with her and we got "The Farm"!! Let's see.. 4 scoops of Graham Central Station, 4 scoops of Ice Cream Cake, 4 scoops of ButterPecan, and 4 scoops of another that I can't recall. Oh - and then 4 toppings: hot fudge, caramel, sprinkles, and cherries! :) Sooo fattening and good! We stayed until 6 and chilled out, then we went to the mall to get Joriz a phone case. It made me happy to be in public with you. Maybe I'm a nerd for wearing your sweater the whole time because it rained. :) Your kisses felt so soft and nice. I definitely feel like I'm falling in love with you like we are back in September. :) God, you make me feel so happy and it is my job to make you feel the same about me! After wards, we hit Hooters for some amazing wiinggs! ;D Tonight was your first time and my second. Unfortunately we all got into an open argument that killed the joy of the day, but I felt so happy to have had that conversation. I teared up because finally, I had a second and third opinion that didn't make me feel so wrong. Joriz was right when she said that there are so many times I always feel wrong, even with the argument possibly on my side. I have found myself finding that I have lost my credibility sometimes. Anyways, we climbed back out of that hole and continued to eat on! Goodness, I have no idea how I ate the amount I did on top of "The Farm"! I haven't eaten anything since! On the way back home, I was hoping to lie back into your arm, full, satisfied, and relaxed. Unfortunately, we could afford that. Your parents called and said they were on the way to pick you up from "ushering at the concert". I was so thankful that there was actually a concert tonight as an alibi! As soon as you got off the phone with you mother, you began to hyperventilate and I didn't know what else to do but pull you close to me and hold you tightly. Sure, I was scared, too, but your safety definitely came first. I kissed the side of your face, your temple, and in my mind, I prayed to God that you would be okay. "Everything will be okay" I promised. Our alibi was good. Thanks to Alo's driving skeeeeelz, we got back to town and right when we got to the front of the MS you parents were around the corner, so we went around back and dropped you off there. As it turned out, everything was good and you were safe. My heart was able to breathe. All the risks are worth it sometimes. If we can afford days like this again, why not do it? We just need to be really careful with back up plans and everything! Photo is of "The Farm"!! The love claimed the shirt that comes with it xD Other is of something I can' =t believe you did. haha

Dance Dance Dance - No Matter How Awkward You Look

So this whole day, I have been aspiring to learn some choreo. The best friend and I have challenged each other to a dance battle over the internet! ahah The feeling of learning and doing things right is something that always makes me feel good. I have even considered going for some of those workshops! But don't fret, I already know its not going to happen. Today I also went to the mall and Urban Outfitters with my brother. Boyyy, does that place make me happy! Urban definitely expresses my sense of style better, just not entirely. I got a pair of canvas shoes there and even though they may not last forever or end up being so comfortable, they were cheap and looked good! A lot of their shoes are actually very decent and I definitely want to go back! I haven't been going out these days, and I need to change that. The feelings are not the best staying home while talking to someone who is out and having a busy day because you realize you should be doing the same. Hopefully out next weekend! Photo is of shoes I bought! :D

Mother Nature Sucks

I woke up at 12:30PM today! There is always a sense of slight disgust with myself, but oh well. I feel like when I wake up at any second before 11AM, I still have a morning to spare. But when my groggy eyes fix onto a clock reading 12:30PM or any minute in the eleventh hour, I feel like a morning was wasted. Not much happened today (it's not like my life is exploding with events), but I still have the greatest urge to go to GSP mall! Buddies from the other night actually invited me to go earlier, but because I came home so late, I knew it wasn't happening. Today was also more focused on hustling my ass on all the work I have waiting for me, due Monday. It is a very stressful thing too - waiting for your period. It is more especially irritating when the lame iPod app you downloaded lies to you, saying it was supposed to come 4 days ago. Come on, Mother Nature! Photo is of a spider I killed this morning. -_-'

And here's another photo just for the sake of it's cuteness.

Mind Of A Shopaholic

Laid back and chill. So one thing that my mother and I have in common is a love of going to the mall. It isn't about giving away all of your greens and sliding the shit out of that plastic card. We simply find an enjoyment of being out and about among shops and restaurants. I for one also favor the idea of not being home! Today, my mother and I took the bus all the way to Willowbrook Mall. The fact that the fee was only $2.15 made me a very happy camper. Anyways, my mother and I got to the mall around 3PM and just went with the flow. There was no rush as if we were driven there and our ride had to leave. We weren't stressed as if there were a billion people around because it was early; everyone was at work and in school. I didn't buy much, but I feel like the greatest excitement was walking into that fitting room with a bunch of clothes. If you are anything like me, some of the clothes are things you are considering buying. others are clothes that you think look nice, but you probably won't buy it - at least not today. Now, the REST of the clothes are ones that made you giggle a little to yourself as you saw it hanging on the rack and you wondered to yourself, "People actually wear this?!" On the other hand, the greateat disappontment is putting clothes that you THOUGHT or HOPED would fit but it didn't even get passed half way on. My rant on shopping could go on for days, so I should cut this short. Photo is of chocolate cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory that my mother and I shared. I couldn't even finish after the two appetizers and bread we ate!

Poisoned Into the Waste Basket.

January 11, 2009

I feel like the unlucky contestant who won a trip to the snake pit. It was probably a very stupid idea to not eat real food after the bomb scare evacuation. This morning, I only had half a bagel. Period 4, we were evacuated and Ana, Jaelynn, Audrey, and myself headed to Walgreens to pick up some snacks. We came back to Ana's house with white cheddar popcorn, kit-kats, dark chocolate, and twizzlers. We watched Paranormal Activity, scaring the crap out of Jaelynn. I go home afterwards and find some pasta a la vodka on the table waiting for me. I was already a bit queasy from all the junk food, but I decided to eat some anyway. We heard to the mall, and I'm slightly barfing in the parking lot of JC Penny. We head to the main mall and I'm feeling just about out of it. We head to the bathroom and I poop. I later find myself in the same bathroom, now with my head in the toilet. Holy Fuck. Paranormal Activity was not the one giving me nightmares that night. It was more or less finding myself with diarrhea, sitting on the toilet, while vomiting into a waste basket in front of me. I felt like I was on the verge of dying. Its no fun at all, being unable to breath while a waterfall of sour liquids and everything I possibly ate that day found it's way out of my system. I got thirsty after a while. I read somewhere that its good to drink flat ginger ale. I threw that up. I tried hot ginger tea. It wasn't before long until I was running pack to the bathroom. Every time I lied down, the substances found their way back up. I didn't want this reward. This stupid game show of a life. This picture disgusts me to the nth degree. ugh.

Who I Used To Be..WTF Jewelry? [100th Post!]

I definitely didn't almost forget to write out this post. shh.

As I listen to Blink-182 right now, it's slightly hard to reflect back on my day..ow -rubs stomach- I have gas.. uhh. Oh church today was interesting. My family came late due to a flat tire and the CCD classes were upstairs, filling in half the pews. Both factors equaled the fact that we had to stand up the entire hour. >.> That, my friends, is never fun. Among the pains of standing in heels for an hour, I also stood next to a man who was breathing oh-so-heavily. He kept making long, grunting noises. Every three seconds I would glace over my shoulder and just think like..wtf? Go get an inhaler. haha Just kidding. I just really couldn't understand why he was making the noises. I also observed one of the teachers..I think she has Torrets or something. >.> She would twitch her head in a certain way to the right side like 5 times, and then another two times to the left! Pretty wierd..oh the things you see from behind..[no dirty thoughts intended :P] Hrmm..I went to the mall today too- I spammed on purchasing jewelry and got this pretty amazing hat with a hamster on it. :) This certain kid I know has a similar one with a beaver, but I think mines better! The jewelry part still surprises me though..I feel so girly..it's a big change from who I used to be a couple years back, with big sweaters and messy hair. I didn't care about maintaining how I looked. Though my hair still may look like crap, I do prefer where I'm at now. :D The confidence level is definitely up there. hah.

JC Penny Catalog, For The Win

So today.. a Sunday.. my parents pissed my off at the mall today. Well, moreover, it was just my mom. Her stubbornnes and inability to listen is such a killer. It makes me mad when negativity is the first thing that she thinks of, and thats where her opinion stays. Well anyways, today I got a small sketch done and it made me proud. Sometimes I get scared that I'll lose my artistic ability over the long periods of time I don't do anything. My inspiration photo came from a JC Penny catalog. There was one model that seemed very extraordinary, feature-wise, giving me the biggest urge to draw her.

Photobooth Failure

OHMYGOD I'M FINALLY UP TO DATE!

-celebrates-

Alright well today I cleaned when I woke up, and it was a chill day. Whenever I clean I love to blast music and just have a beat. Then, I watched Dracula as a Free Movie on Comcast On Demand. It really cleared up the story for me because I tried to read the novel a few years ago and all I can remember is my eyelids drooping!

Tonight came around and I went to the mall with my parents and sister. I was really hoping it would be my sister and i in the front seats, but my dad insisted to drive. I don't understand this because he didn't want to come in the first place! I was really hoping to go to Garden State Plaza because there is so much more variety with all the stores. I was hoping to go to Urban Outfitter, but that wish failed as well. So here we are at Willowbrook Mall, as usual, and we split up. I stuck with my sister and wandered around. We conquered the second floor in about 10 minutes, just going in and out of stores. I wasn't really in the shopping mood, but I liked being there anyway! We went to a store called Pink-O, which made me feel skeptical. It was one of those small quaint stores that don't get a lot of attention. As it turns out, the place is pretty chill with some nice prices! The cashier there was also very chill! She joked around about the own necklace I purchaced and how she actually wanted it, and how there is a matching dress fron Daffy's that would go so well. We found our way to Hot Topic where I found this amazing backpack! TMNT ftw! It reminds me of how last Halloween, Jaelynn, Ana, Abby, and I made our own cardboard shells that were very epic, I will admit! It was also kind of funny because all day my sister was trying to take pictured of herself on her phone. Every one just came out bad, but when I took the picture it looked great! :D Its just the natural touch. just kidding. lol

Oh then on the way back, I wanted for my sister to drive, so we could go to Coldstone, but my father being the party pooper drove home. Ugh, today was bad with my eating. I ate about two muffins, chicken, two cresceants, Nutella with Skyflakes, and oh god much more. >.> To think, I wanted to work out earlier this morning! Its a sign: this is the reason why I CAN'T stay home!!! The fridge and the pantry become my best friends! Or maybe its another sign: maybe my other friend is coming. >.>

btw. My parents are cute. :)

So I Found My Way To Urban Outfitters

Today turned out to be pretty chill! It was better than I had expected, noting the new discoveries we made tonight and new people we met. Today started off with me and my brother going to Garden State Plaza for the third day in a row and it was just as great! I really want that to become a mall we go to more religiously..I am so tired of Willowbrooke Mall in Wayne lol I know that place like the back of my hand! Its more fun venturing around the hugest mall around and getting lost rather than knowing where you are all the time. ..Its actually also more fun going with friends..I should do that more often also >.> So I found my way to the Urban Outfitters store and decided this is where I would buy my gift for Angela's party tonight. I absolutely love that store; not for the clothes, but for all the miscellanious items they sell! You've got books about sex positions and old school childrens books like Where the Wild Things Are sitting right next to fisheye cameras and gigantic DJ headphones ranging from $40-120$ ! I really want to get one of those cameras! But I believe one of the most interesting items there was the Hamburger Telephone remeniscent of Juno! haha and right beside it was a French Fries telephone, too! That was the best. I ended up getting her a Muffy [or is it Duffy?] figure which is a blank figure you can draw on and stuff and put stickers on and dress it up and just go all out creative on it. To be honest, I would have liked to get it for myself as well as this one book where each page gives random, crazy directions to do and by the last page, the whole book is destroyed! As I know myself, I want everything :P I have to contain myself and my wallet.

I played a true Filipino and arrived at Angela's party 40 minutes past 6PM , when the party had meant to start. At first everyone was just sitting in the backyard chilling out and it was a little quiet but after the food was ready and blessed, things started livening up. After getting devoured my many moquitos, Ana and many of us decided to go inside and chill around in the living room and whatnot. Two of the other guests had brought in a guitar and were playing in the kitchen, while me and Ana were on the Mac [I want one!] Ana asked to go on because she wanted to look someone up on Youtube. She searched Napon Pintong and declared that one of the guys in the kitchen resembled him. We eventually found out, thanks to Resyl, that it was him and a friend, Noel! We were excited at this point. We went through introductions and ended up sitting in the kitchen as we got a little mini-show. They played through song requests, freestyles, and old school music and it was all great! I must admit they are very talented!! :)

He played some of my favorite songs : Nice and Slow and You Remind Me by Usher :)
